Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sats and Stripes!
All of our products are made to order. Because of this, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing and Production Time
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri) after your order is placed. Our daily order cut-off time is 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day. During holidays, high order volume periods, or special promotions, production times may be longer.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, shipping transit time is typically 3–7 business days for Domestic and 9-19 business days for International Shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays, returned packages, or lost shipments. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Marked Delivered Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first contact the shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, email us at contact@satsandstripes.com and we will do our best to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward a resolution.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the products ordered, production location, or carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
