Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sats and Stripes! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at contact@satsandstripes.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note: Do not send items back to us without first receiving a return confirmation. Unrequested returns cannot be tracked and will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Address
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is authorized, items must be securely packaged and mailed to our main business address:

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@satsandstripes.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will issue a replacement or refund to make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@satsandstripes.com.
